Our qualified, friendly staff are there to design workout programmes to suit each individuals needs and help them to acheive them. Zone 1 The Fitness Studio Zone 2 Cardio Suite ‘Female Friendly’ Zone 3 Strength & Conditioning & our brand new Zone 4 The Trench where Power & Performance is created. By creating our four fitness zones we have made way for a more relaxed atmosphere for females so please gives us a look. Top Body Gym is also the place to go if you are looking to improve your strength, change your physique or to acheive a certain goal within the world of weights. From beginners to Strength Athletes we home some of the best resistance machines in the area to cover all body parts. Everybody is different so programme’s will always be worked out to suit each individual person, the most important thing to remember is it’s not about the weights you lift it’s about lifting them correctly.

Whilst most legal restrictions will be removed from Monday 19th July, the responsibility still sits with us to do our bestto keep everyone as safe as possible. With cases of Covid-19 increasing at this time within our community and the Country, we will be stepping away from restrictions cautiously.In place from Monday 19th July:•There will be NO Booking system in place. We will however revert back to manual signing in at reception.•Showers will re-open in the changing areas, but please be aware of crowding whilst changing. Allow fellow membersto finish and exit before entering if changing rooms are busy.•The cleaning of equipment will remain in place permanently for general hygiene and wellfare. PLEASE MAKE SUREYOU CLEAN DOWN EQUIPMENT STRAIGHT AFTER USE.•DO NOT enter the gym if you feel unwell generally or if you are showing any symptoms of Covid-19. For the reassurance of our staff and members, staff will be wearing visors whilst walking the gym floor or conducting workout programmes. We will also be completing lateral flow tests on a weekly basis.
